Ecological responsibility guides every choice the IopGroup makes: from the products we offer to our internal processes, from the energy we consume to the materials we use.
The devices we supply are designed to reduce energy consumption and limit the environmental impact of consumables. In our premises, the lighting is entirely LED, reducing consumption by more than 20%. We pay constant attention to waste separation and responsible consumption of resources. We have also created a vertical garden to naturally oxygenate the workspaces.
We work with suppliers who certify compliance with green requirements throughout the production cycle, from forest management to final distribution. Our machines are equipped with Earth Smart settings to reduce toner and paper consumption, and integrated with document management software that limits unnecessary printing.
Packaging, toner and spare parts for our products are designed to be recycled and reused, with approximately 5% of plastic material coming from previously used products. We offer recycled paper made from 100% of post-consumer waste.
We provide customers with an ecobox for the safe collection of used toners and cartridges, with a pick-up service run by authorised operators for proper disposal or re-entry into the recovery cycle. Our printers and MFPs are Energy Star certified, the international recognition for energy efficiency.
IopOutlet was born from a simple idea: to give new life to refurbished devices, reducing waste and offering solutions at favourable prices. Each product is checked for functionality and marketed with warranty and service. We only select reconditioned certified grade A, the highest quality in the category.
What's more, for every device sold or rented, IopOutlet adheres to an international reforestation programme that involves the planting of a tree at a distance, making a concrete contribution to reducing CO2 emissions.

Il progetto sviluppato è un sito web e-commerce multilingua, basato su Content Management System (CMS) WordPress. All’interno del portale sono stati implementati/installati differenti plugin, script e programmi permettendo la gestione dedicata di diverse funzionalità, tra le quali il cambio lingua (IT-EN), l’acquisto online tramite registrazione, gestione del proprio carrello e pagamento digitale tramite PayPal e Carta di Credito. Importo erogato: € 300.000,00 a valere su risorse PNRR allocate al Fondo 394/81, di cui € 75.000,00 quale quota di Cofinanziamento a fondo perduto e € 225.000,00 quale quota di Finanziamento.

Il progetto ha l’obiettivo di accompagnare IOPGROUP in un percorso di trasformazione digitale, attraverso l’introduzione di soluzioni tecnologiche avanzate che permettano di ottimizzare la gestione documentale. RISULTATI ATTESI: Il progetto porterà a una maggiore efficienza interna, a un miglior servizio per i clienti e a un rafforzamento della competitività nel mercato digitale

Il progetto ha introdotto una riconversione in chiave innovativa del processo produttivo aziendale con l’obiettivo di creare un nuovo modello di mascherine riutilizzabili ed eco-friendly con filtro intercambiabile, utilizzando la stampa a tecnologia 3D.
